Full service for Kickr Core and Kickr V1–V6. Pre-service diagnostic, full strip-down, flywheel bearings replaced, optical sensor alignment, tension & flywheel pulley reconditioned, freehub regreased, firmware update, calibration and test ride.

Full service for Neo, Neo 2, Neo 2T and Neo 3M. Pre-service diagnostic, full strip-down, thorough cleaning, freehub regreased, firmware update and test ride.

Ship to Us

Pack your trainer securely and send it to our workshop in Bristol — or use our shipping service if you prefer.

Expert Service

Our technicians diagnose and complete the repair with premium NSK or Enduro bearings. Typical turnaround is 2–3 working days.

Ride Again

We ship your trainer back with free return postage. Recalibrated, precise, and ready for your next session.

Yes, free return postage is included on all services. Once your trainer has been serviced, we’ll ship it back to you at no extra cost.

Most services are completed within 2–3 working days of receiving your trainer. We’ll keep you updated by email throughout the process.

We’ll always contact you before carrying out any work beyond the base service. If additional bearings or parts are needed, we’ll let you know the cost and get your approval first.
